General


  • We have built this site for you in the best possible position to be able to carry your entire purchase of the journey across the Internet in a safe, secure and easy way. Ready2Go will never resell your information. We use the only sure your trip will go as planned. We're not going to be handing out information to anyone other than the travel suppliers or any other persons made in the same order.
  • You must be 18 years old to shop at Ready2Go.no.
  • You are solely responsible for providing accurate information, including correctly spelled name, address, email address or phone number.
  • In order to carry out your order, we need to capture the names and gender of all travelers included in order (and date of birth of children). It is especially important that you enter the name and surname of the traveler, exactly as it appears in your passport . This is to avoid problems associated with such check.
  • We also need to know who it is that booking your trip and book's contact. This is to be able to send any travel documents and get in touch with you if something should occur that affect your particular order.
  • Please note that customers are required to enter the correct telephone number and email address. It is very important that you provide a phone number where we can reach you both day and night, as well as a valid address in the event of travel documents shall be sent by mail. Ready2Go does not take responsibility for the consequences of erroneous information given.
  • Ready2Go is responsible for ensuring that credit card numbers and codes are handled in a secure manner in accordance with the requirements set out in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • Ready2Go makes daily backups of the data stored in the Service. The backed-up data/information is only stored to the extent the information is required for completing payment transactions and reversal in the event of operational disruption at Ready2Go. Ready2Go is responsible for ensuring that Customer Data, which means all data that the Customer sends to and/or via Ready2Go’s System when using the Service stored at Ready2Go, is kept for at least 12 months from receipt of the information by Ready2Go’s System.

Customer Responsibilities


  • As a customer you are responsible for reading through the Booking Conditions before purchase.
  • As a customer, it is your responsibility to verify that you have received confirmation / travel documents within 24 hours or the following working day. If you have not received travel documents, please contact us promptly.
  • It is your responsibility as a traveler to make sure you have valid travel documents, passports, visas, visas for stopover, appropriate vaccinations and any other documents required.
  • The customer is obliged to give valid e-mail address and telephone number, as well as to thoroughly read the information we give you. Booking


  • You must be at least 18 years old to book travel on our website.
  • We can not handle orders with only children / adolescents under 18 years.
  • Your order is not binding as long as you do not make a payment.
  • Your order will automatically be canceled if you do not ultimately lead your payment setup when booking.


Payment


  • You must be at least 18 years old to be able to pay on our website.

  • Banks require you to connect your card to Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode to make purchases on the Internet. This means that you must identify yourself with a password when you use your card on the Internet. The password is obtained from your bank. Ready2Go can not answer questions regarding this.   • We redirect you to our Hosted Payment Window for transection of payment which is fully protected by Dibs. And further you are redirected to your relevent bank for 3D-Secure athuntication.
  • Once you are done with payment you redirect to Ready2Go.no for your booking and payment status, and email is sent to you on your given email ID about your booking and payment details.

Return, refund and cancellation policy


  • If you cancel your trip before you've selected the billing or until you have paid your order, entails no cost.
  • If you cancel your trip after you've selected the billing or paid your booking: It will normally be no refund. Except in those cases where other conditions arising from the time of order. If you have to cancel your trip we try of course to help you get back as much as possible of the journey pis.   • You can not cancel a paid via the website. This must be done by Email..
  • If you do not arrive on time at the right place or choose not to use all or part of the booking, no refund possible.
